We grant 3 years full warranty !  That means complete security for you.
The ECE full warranty includes:

  • free repair of all equipment, whose defect is based on:
  • Material defects
  • Fabrication errors
  • Construction errors

If your immersion heater doesn't work to your satisfaction, please send it to us FREE. In the case of a guarantee, we will refund your prepaid postage in the form of a remittance transfer. Please understand that we can not accept non-free consignments.

Attention: In our automatic immersion heaters, the thermo switching mechanism in the handle has interrupted the power supply in most cases !  These devices are ready to use again by pressing the button in the handle (resetting the thermo switching mechanism). More details can be found in the respective operating instructions.

If visible calcium deposits have formed on / in your device, we recommend boiling the device with a mixture of approx. 0.5 liters of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar essence for about 3 - 4 minutes. And then leaving it to act for a short time - for another 4 - 5 minutes. Thereafter, the device should be thoroughly rinsed with clear water.
